Royal Never Give Up are the Big Favourites

Royal Never Give Up have emerged as the main favourites to lift the trophy, with odds of 8/5 at GG.bet. One of the reasons for why the odds have shifted is that they play in an easier group than their opponents. In the opening match, they are given odds of 1/5 to defeat Cloud 9, the same as Gen.G to beat Vitality. They are the main favourites in Group B and their opening matches are scheduled on October 10. The game between the two favourites is scheduled on October 11, with the Chinese getting odds of 3/5.

A South Korean team is favourite in Group A, with Afreeca being expected to win the first place. In the first day they play against G2 and are given odds of 1/5 by Arcanebet. Their most difficult match is also scheduled on October 11 against Flash Wolves and punters can lock in on odds of 9/20. We believe that Afreeca will win both matches and advance to the quarterfinals from the first place. Flash Wolves are likely to join them from the second place, depending on the outcome of the match against G2.

Edward Gaming Play the Most Difficult Opener

KT Rolster were the main favourites to win the League of Legends World Championship 2018 just a few days ago. Now they are in second, with odds of 3/1, but they’re expected to crush opponents in Group C. Their matches against Mad Team and Team Liquid are not expected to cause problems and the combined odds barely exceed 4/10. Meanwhile, Edward Gaming who fight for a likely second place take on Mad Team in the opening match. The odds on their victory are 3/10 at Esportsbetting.com and shrinking.

Last but definitely not least, Group D looks like an easy one for Invictus Gaming who are expected to storm their way to the quarterfinals. They are given odds of 1/5 against 100 this and only 1/2 in what is supposed to be the most difficult match for them against Fnatic.
